Tenants looking to rent with us often ask about our additional charges. Hopefully you'll gain a better understanding of what's involved through reading this breakdown of our charges and how they relate to the process. Please note an Administration Fee of £300.00 is due per property, details provided below;

1) Registering an Interest

After viewing a property and speaking with us you may be eager to take the property. At this stage we will provide you with a Registration Form to fill in. We will conduct references and were appropriate check employment status and recent bank records. We do not take a Holding Deposit like some agents so once you register your interest we will deal with your application only.

2) Confirming an Interest

Once we have confirmed your references and informed the landlord we will then draw up a Tenancy Agreement (AST) and email a copy for you to read. If both parties (landlord & tenant) are agreed to the terms we will arrange a date for signing and exchange of keys. Paper or electronic copies of the AST, the Inventory, Gas Safety Certificate & EPC for your records are available. We will also arrange for and conduct the check in (and later the check out).

3) Deposit Protection

The registering of your deposit with a protection service is the final stage and we will provide details (copies of the terms & prescribed information) upon signing the Tenancy Agreement and you will receive a receipt of protection within 30 days of registering

We do not charge any additional or hidden fees to tenants.
