What is the difference between Let Only and Full Management?

Like most letting agents we offer two services which cater for landlords with different needs. The key difference between the two being the role you, the Landlord, would like to play in the letting and management of your property.

With our Let Only management option we will provide for the services marked in the left column above. This covers inspecting and assessing the property, producing an appraisal and advertising, Tenant viewings and referencing, drawing up a Tenancy Agreement and inventory, dealing with the legalities concerning the deposit and arrange a 10-year EPC. We will also sort the initial electrical and gas safety inspections and inform the relevant Utility companies and Council of new tenant(s).

In addtional to the Let Only service we also provide a Full Management service which covers all of the duties listed above! This service will mostly suit

  • Professionals who haven't the time to manage the property
  • Owners from outside the area 
  • Private owners lacking the relevant Landlord & Tenant Act knowledge

The Full Management service will also provide Landlords with regular updates, free advice and most of all a personal service.
