West Kirby Letting Ltd is a well established, local letting agency offering a personal service for landlords and tenants alike. Being a family run business we provide a friendly and professional service at competitive rates. Our property portfolio has grown to include a variety of residential buildings across the entire Wirral Peninsula and a selection of student housing in Liverpool.

Originally founded in 1991 DM Property Letting was granted Limited status in 2000. In 2002 the companys's name DM Property Letting Ltd was changed to West Kirby Property Letting & Managment Ltd so as to reflect the company's new office location. In 2003 a further name change was incorporated under the name of West Kirby Letting Ltd.

The Director

The Director of the company David Mayhew, has over 20 years of experience in the lettings and managment business. As the founder and cheif executive of West Kirby Letting Ltd, the Director has been resposible for growing and developing the company and it's reputation. 

The Director is involved in all aspects of the company and is available 7 days a week should you have any queries.
